By creating an account or using Y3Data ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Y3Data. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated at all times.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities under your account are your responsibility
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user — multiple accounts may be suspended

Y3Data provides a digital platform for purchasing mobile data bundles, airtime top-up, cable TV subscriptions, electricity bill payments, and related VTU services.

Service availability and pricing may vary based on network providers and are subject to change without prior notice.

We strive for instant delivery, but processing times may vary due to network conditions beyond our control.

All transactions are processed through your Y3Data wallet. You must fund your wallet before making purchases.

Payments are non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed and delivered to the intended recipient.

In the event of a failed transaction, your wallet will be automatically credited. If auto-reversal does not occur, please contact support within 24 hours.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with our services
• Impersonate another user or provide false identity information
• Resell services without authorization from Y3Data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.

You may request to delete your account at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page or contacting support.

Y3Data provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, network failures, or third-party provider issues.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate Nigerian courts.

Y3Data reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.
