This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have completed any pending transactions before proceeding.
What Gets Removed.
The following data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Profile Data
Name, email, phone number, and all personal information associated with your account.
Wallet & Balance
Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited. Please withdraw or use your balance before requesting deletion.
Transaction History
All purchase records, payment receipts, and transaction logs will be permanently erased.
Deletion Timeline
Request Submitted
Your deletion request is received and your account is immediately deactivated.
7-Day Grace Period
You have 7 days to change your mind. Contact support to cancel the deletion during this window.
Permanent Deletion
After the grace period, all data is permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
